She practically grew up in the industry, starting at 15 at the front desk of Michelle’s Royal LePage office, greeting clients and learning the ropes. Throughout university, she took on different administrative roles, eventually earning her license in 2020.
Today, Carley loves that she gets to work alongside her mom, blending her passion for marketing and systems with a genuine love of helping people feel at home. She’s known for her warm, down-to-earth approach, making every step of the buying or selling process feel less like a transaction and more like a celebration.
Outside of work, Carley’s happiest when she’s with her daughter, tending to her growing green thumb, reading a good book, or adding character to her 1867 century home in Almonte. She’s a big believer that a house is more than just walls — it’s where your story unfolds, and she feels lucky to help clients find theirs.

Wayne brings more than 21 years of real estate experience to the team, making him a trusted guide for clients across Ottawa and beyond.
